okay... finally!!! haha finally i get the chance to blog... busy busy busy week! but super fun=)
okay hmmm start with wed, short day.. after sch i went to meet kel to buy his beother's bday present, den went to mug at his condo's study room while he gymed... yup pretty pdtive=)
hmmm thurs had double pe, and we played soccer!!! haha mad lah cause i was wearing my new shoes... and they got all muddy!! i was like a big bimbo on the field, wailing, 'oh no my shoes are dirty!' lol... but soccer is damn fun! first time playing, and we beat AHBlue 5-0!! haha and they were even doing all sorts of cheers before the game=) lol=) damn enthu lah! yup.. so in the end couldn't go back to dunearn's speech day - had to go home to scruc my shoes!! lol scrubbed for abt... 20 mins? =S
haha friday, was a good good day! cause it's good friday! =) yup... 2006 years ago, Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior took our our sins, bore all the pain and torture, and died for us on the cross.. the red curtain separating the holy place from the holy of holies in the tabernacle was spilt from top to bottom, signifying that there was no longer a barrier between God and Man. Through Jesus, we can now enter His gates of praise, and spend eternalty in paradise, as Jesus said to the repentant theif on the cross ' today, you shall be with me in paradise'.
yup friday, also signified a month! haha~ went to east coast early in the morn, and just sat on the stone platform, relaxing, taking in the light sea breeze, the slashing sounds as the waters crashed onto the rocks, the planes that were abt to touch down, and seeing the joy of fanmilies everywhere as the big ones and lil ones gathered on the beach for a day of fun=)
after that, went to coffee bean at east coast.. haha damn funny lah! cause the people there are really inefficient, and kel was showing me the right way of opening milk, cause the girl used her finger=S haha and when the guy made our drink with the wrong portion of powder, he was not spared either=) hehs=)
yup so at night, went to pick eunice up at ap with jo, ben, qiu, jc, kel, eve and martin=) and we ate at sukhothai=) and kel took the menu home=S lol we were dying of laughter!! =) cannot stand him lah!
yup sat, had tuition, den ate western at coffeshop at 4th floor, and went to kel's place to mug.. haha relatives came over!! shannon and sherlyn too!! haha had truckloads of fun! haha they're like how high! first, they turned off the bowling room lights when there were pple playing.. we ran to the pond to hide!! haha cause i brought 5 yr old desiree down, i always had to hold her and do a head start=S hehs. after that, they turned off the female toilet light=S and the ladies inside screamed, and we ran again=S madness=S and den we had the miss spore pageant walk on the mini bridge at the pool=S haha rainer has some poses to die for! lol=) okay so they got bored, and started throwing mini pebbles into 2nd floor apartments-and got caught! haha so we ran=S again. lol.. okay thw worst prank was at the end, where they went to each blk and intercomed a random unit and asked if they ordered pizza=S shan's mad lah! lol.. and before we went up, shan intercomed my unit and punk'd my dad too=Slol! and so we watched da chang jin onwards till 1 plus=S
Sunday, easter!! slept in, cause svc was at 130... yup.. the play was realy touching... hundreds upon hundreds experienced the ever-so-tangible love and presence of God and gave their hearts to Him. As christians, easter is where our faith is based on. for it is the resurrection of Christ we celebrate, after descending to Earth and taking all our pain and suffering. although sometimes it might seem to be just another beautiful ficticious story, the truth is, we know it's not. for the holes in His hand are there, for His blood had been poured out so we mayb be cleansed of sin in our heart. some of you might think you're okay, cause you don't do anything against the law, cause you uphold strong principles, cause you donate and serve the community generously. but the truth is, my friends, sin is something we all have, and no matter how small it is, sin is a strong barrier that separates us from God and His kingdom..
What is sin? have you been disrespectful to your seniors, especially to your parents, have you told a lie? have you haboured hatred in you heart, have you spoken hurtful words to others, have you anger in you soul? if your ans is yes to any of these, yes, that is sin. and there is only ONE cleansing agent in this world, and that is the precious blood of my savior, Your savior. 2006 years ago, He carried our sins to the cross, beared all the pain and suffering, endured the humilation and mockery, for not a single sin he committed, but for our sakes. why did Jesus not persecute the adulteress during His ministry? Because HE WAS ON HIS WAY TO THE CROSS TO DIE FOR HER SINS, AND YOURS AND MINE!
yes, my close friends will have known how i've backsliden time and again. yet, each time i turn back to Him, His love never fails to amaze me, and i wonder 'Lord, how could you still love me after what i've done? after i've rejected You, after i've blamed You, after i've chose to do things MY way, and blame You for my downfall? and yet the truth is simple. NOTHING THAT I'VE DONE COULD MAKE HIM CLOSE THE DOOR. and so, he remains omnipresnt in my life, lifting me up when i'm down, sanctifying my soul, ever encouraging and understanding. thankyou Jesus, for dying for me. i love You, now and forevermore...
